    Zvishavane man sued for sex with business partner’s wife

    ZVISHAVANE - Two Zvishavane men who were both friends and business partners have dragged each other to court after one of them allegedly indulged into a sexual relationship with the wife of the other.
    Norris Sibanda, a gold dealer is suing Rueben Mangoma for $1400 and four head of cattle after the wife conceded that she had sex with Mangoma many times. Tendai Sibanda also claimed that Mangoma even had sex with her in Sibanda's matrimonial home.
    He said what pained him is that Mangoma used to be his friend and business partner.
    The civil case is before Magistrate Shepherd Munjanja and was postponed to September 27 for continuation of trial.
    Mangoma said that Sibanda brought the case to court because he was only trying to make money out of him. He said the two were staying well as husband and wife contrary to Sibanda's statements that he had suffered as a result of the relationship.
    Sibanda claims that his wife who has some businesses in Zvishavane and Shurugwi was cheating on him and sleeping with Mangoma while he was away on business in Hwange.
    Tendai Sibanda conceded in court that she was having an affair with Mangoma and that they had sexual intercourse several times. She said that they booked at Cecil Hotel and sometimes she would sleep at Mangoma's place when his family was in the rural areas.
     "He wants to be paid damages yet the marriage is still successful, he wants to do business with me," said Mangoma.
