ZVISHAVANE-Relegation threatened Shabanie FC aka Bvaru Bvaru who are on a three game winless streak seek to stop the rot as they meet unpredictable ZPC Kariba in a Castle Lager Premiership game at Gwanzura Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Bvaru Bvaru who are anchoring the 18 team PSL table lost 3-0 to Chicken Inn FC, 5-1 to Ngezi Platinum and 2-1 at Mutare City Rovers argue that this time around they have done enough homework to cause problems to ZPC Kariba and this will mark their march upwards from murky waters of relegation.
"We have thoroughly prepared for this game during our break, thanks to the Highlanders game which was postponed for the Inauguration Trophy. We have to put behind the three games that we lost in a row and focus our attention on the remaining fixtures in order to survive relegation which l still believe is achievable," said Alexio Sigon the Chinda Boys coach.
The Chinda Boys have only 15 points out of a possible 69 and have an uphill task to be in the middle of the table in order to be certain not to go to Division One as they trail Bulawayo Chiefs by 14 points who are on 11th position with 10 games to go.
The former asbestos miners will be banking on Fc Platinum loaned Nigel Papius and agile Tarisai Rukanda for goals and workhorse Raymond Sibanda for supply of balls.//Sport
