MASVINGO- Liquids Club International, arguably one of the best nightclubs in Masvingo City has introduced Rasta nights at the club on Sundays.
The program has been running since early June and is bent on promoting unity, creating cultural values as reggae and dancehall genres emerge from roots and culture.
"Rasta Sundays began early this month, we want people to enjoy a different vibe that is based on culture; the turnout has been good but more people should come and support the program," said Albert Chitsinde aka DJ Beto who is one of two DJ's on the decks every Sunday.
The program is hosted by Jackson Chivhanga who is the owner of Liquids Club International, Albert Chitsinde and Fredrick Manyenga who are DJ's at the club.
"We want everyone to come and enjoy reggae music, it is a genre which has no class but carries a deep cultural meaning; we hope it will persuade youths to focus on reality."
