    Pote Holdings donates 200 bags of cement to Chibi High

    CHIVI – Pote Holdings, one of the biggest business entities in the Southern region has donated 200 bags of cement to Chibi High School.
    The donation was made at the Chibi High Speech and Prize Giving Day held at the school two weeks ago.
    The donation was handed over by the group's general manager, Thamson Mthombeni. He said his Company and the school enjoy cordial relationship and have been supporting each other.
    The other companies that also made donations during the function were ZB Bank which donated exercise books and mathematical sets, N Richards, Nyaningwe and Smart Hardware. Morgenster Teachers' College Principal Raviro Chipato donated $ 100 towards prizes for the girl child.
    "I am donating 200bags of cement on behalf of Dr Antony Clever Pote to the school. We acknowledge the school's loyal patronage of our services and this is in return for that loyalty. 
    "May I also remind Chibi High that we offer borehole services and I urge them to come to us for borehole drilling because we get water where others don't," said Mthombeni.
    Mthombeni hailed the school for its development over the years and applauded the school head and the teachers for the good work.
    The Prize giving day was also attended by Minister Josiah Dunhira Hungwe, the District Administrator Roy Hove and councilors.
