    Debtor threatens to attach Zimondi High property


    CHIKOMBA – Ronald Mafika, who repairs and supplies furniture to schools around Chikomba is threatening to sue Zimondi Secondary School for a $2 100 debt accrued after he repaired 200 chairs and over 100 desks.
    He claims that the debt has been outstanding since 2014. Zimondi head Ella Manyani hang up her phone when called for a comment.
    Mafika said the debt stood at $3 200 and he went to court thereby forcing the school to pay $1 200 after the messenger of court attached property.
    He said a payment arrangement of $500 per term was entered into but the school has since failed to honour its pledge. Mafika is now threatening to go back to court and attach school property.
