where on arrival was advised to remain outside while Nezungai entered
the office to enquire from the Lands Officer.
Nezungai then came back to the complainant and told him that he was referred to Mutero and Rennias Zviura who were Village chairmen in the area. The two proceeded to Mutero's homestead where Mutero and Zviura, who is still at large showed him the 50 hectares plot which they offered for $1 500.
