    New trial date for Chadzamira

    MASVINGO
    - Suspended Zanu Pf chairman for Masvingo Province Ezra Chadzamira (41)  who appeared in court facing  charges of obstructing  the course of justice when he stopped the messenger of court from evicting people from a Mashava Mine compound will now go for trial on September 12, 2016.
    It is the State case that Chadzamira together with accomplices obstructed Sylvester Ndebele who is a messenger of court from evicting some residents from houses that belong to Mashava Mine on three occasions, that is December 17, 19 and 23, 2014.
    Chadzamira allegedly offloaded the property that Ndebele had loaded into the messenger of court's car.
    Ndebele together with Joat Sibanda, another messenger of court were in possession of a court order.
    Chadzamira is jointly charged with Alex Mugova (35), Tawanda Ncube (40), Notwell Ruzengwe (58), Aron Muvengwa (30) and Edmond Chikukwa(35).
