    Chivhu Regional Magistrate transfered

    - Chivhu Regional Magistrate Solomon Jenya has been transferred to Gokwe Magistrates' court where he will be a Regional Magistrate with effect from September 1, this year.
    Magistrate Jenya will be replaced by Magistrate Fadzai Mtombeni from Harare.
    Chief Magistrate Mishrod Guvamombe confirmed the development in a telephone interview.
    Jenya will be replacing another Regional Magistrate who will be transferring from Gokwe. Magistrate Jenya studied law with the University of Zimbabwe and finished in 1994. In 1995, he served as a senior Magistrate in Harare and transferred to Chegutu in 1997.
    He was transferred from Chegutu to Masvingo as a senior magistrate in 1999 and also worked in Gutu as a Provincial Magistrate. From Gutu, he worked at Chivi Magistrates' court and transferred to Chinhoyi in 2007 where he was a regional Magistrate. He started working as Chivhu Regional Magistrate in December 2012
