Chief Serima in physical fight with businessman

    MIRROR REPORTER

    MPANDAWANA
    – Chief Serima who should be a doyen left many people in shame at Mukute Inn on Saturday last week when he allegedly got involved in a physical fight with prominent Gutu businessman Naison Bvungo.
Sources said the fight was over a $10 debt and a small cage for chickens. Sources also said that Serima produced a pistol and threatened to shoot Bvungo.
Bvungo confirmed the incident to The Mirror and alleged that Serima came to his office and pointed a gun at him. He further alleged that Serima then attacked him and left one of his fingers broken.
Chief Serima also confirmed the incident but said he neither fought Bvungo nor produced a gun.
He alleged that Bvungo had a debt for a pig and a cage. He said he got his cage without a fight and left Mukute Inn Business premises without a fight although he could not get money for the pig.
However, several sources who were there said Serima actually produced a gun in a public place and at some stage the gun also fell from his pocket as he wrestled with Bvungo.
Another source said Chief Serima was pulled away and taken to Mart Marts, a supermarket that is 200 metres away but he stormed back at Mukute Inn with the intention of fighting Bvungo.local news
