    – The case in which suspended Zanu PF Masvingo provincial chairman Ezra Chadzamira (41) is charged with obstructing the course of justice after he allegedly stopped the messenger of court from doing his work has been postponed to August 18, 2016.
The case was postponed because accused 3, Notwell Ruzengwe has a new legal representative following the transfer of Florence Mukuze of Mangwana and Partners to Botswana.

Chadzamira together with Alex Mugova(35), Tawanda Ndube (40) Notwell Ruzengwe (58), Aron Muvengwa (30) and Edmond Chikukwa (35) are accused of having interrupted Sylvester  Ndebele who is Masvingo messenger of court from evicting alleged illegal tenants from Mashava mine houses.
