    - A self- styled Masvingo Prophet Isaac Makomicho who is suing his client on allegations that he (client) damaged a car that he was driving has had his case thrown back for further investigations.
Makomichi claims that Trust Chembesi who was his client damaged the car that the former was driving after a misunderstanding during rituals at Chembesi's rural home in Chirumanzu.
The prosecutor at Mvuma said the case needed further investigations as there were no proper quotations made. Makomichi is claiming $1 500 for the damages. The matter was thrown back on Monday this week.
The misunderstanding arose after Chembesi allegedly found out that Makomich was trying to dupe him by planting a fake goblin at his home.
Chembesi is refuting the allegations that he damaged Makomichi's vehicle. He would argue that Makomich tried to sped away from the homestead after his ploy to plant a goblin. He would also claim that Makomichi drove through the night in a road that he was not familiar with and therefore got lost in the fields resulting in the said damages.
Makomicho said Chembesi willingly paid the money as token of appreciation.
