    - Josiphine Nyanyiwa (31) who appeared in court last week facing charges for assaulting Kudakwashwe Kwashira (31) over allegations of extra marital affair with 'her' husband has been freed after paying US$200 fine.
In juxtaposition with the US$200 fine, Nyanyiwa was to serve three months in jail if she was to fail to pay the stipulated fine.
It is the State case that at around 10pm, on July 10, 2016, the accused after an exchange of greetings with the complaint, Nyanyiwa assaulted Kwashira with a fist, open hands and a sandal all over the body.
The fight was later settled by Stanley Mashove who intervened to refrain the accused from further assaulting Kwashira.
