    Former MDC-T councillor dies

    - Kenneth Nhemachena, a former MDC T councillor in Harare and a Parliamentary aspirant for Gutu Central in 2013 has died.
    Nhemachena who suffered from hypertension died on Monday last week and was buried at his homestead in Dewure under Chief Nyamande on Wednesday last week.
    He was 45.
    He left behind a family of four children and a wife Kuuraya Mugabe.
    Masvingo MDC T provincial Information and Publicity Secretary Dusty Zivhave confirmed the death.
    "He was a very loyal and consistent fighter for democracy. The late Nhemachena was the first MDC T councillor for Ward 3 in Budiriro in Harare where he served two years before being expelled. After that he moved to Gutu ," said Zivhave.
    He was also a chairperson of Dewure High Development Committee for six years.
    His burial was attended by Sen Misheck Marava, Sen Mabhugu, Honourable Machirairwe Mugido and party vice-president Elias Mudzuri.
