Jazz started composing the song in 2010 and only released last year sa he wanted to offer his fans a fully packaged product as a follow up to Kugara Nhaka, his previous album.
"The song invokes a sense of belonging to the younger generation that go to faraway places in and out of Zimbabwe in search of greener pastures and also pleads with them to remember their parents who might not be living the lavish life back home," said Jazz.
In the song the artist used the first person narrative to strike a code with the listener and be invoked to act on the message.
Kahunhu kanenge kepanext door makakatora kupiko vana vangu, kanenge kekwamai nhingi aka kaita rukonye mumba mangu, pamaikura ndichirera ndaitarisira chengeto, pamaikura ndichirera ndaisatarisira mashura aya, goes the first part of the song.
