HARARE - All roads lead to Zimparks Gardens for the annual Schools Expo now in its 5th year running.  The much hyped expo is going to be held on May 25, 2019 at Zimparks Garden, Harare from 9am – 4pm.
The expo is a platform for parents and guardians to meet and mingle with Heads from various private schools dotted around the country. It gives parents an opportune time to ask pertinent questions before enrolling their children into these institutions. Top of the notch private schools are expected to grace the event where they will take parents/ guardians through their very best attributes which define them as the best amongst the rest. They will have lots of printed material for parents to take home for further reading.  Most Headmasters will be there to answer parents’ questions and explain the benefits of enrolling with them.
Speaking to The Mirror the founding director of Zimbabwe Academic Trust, Benadette Tuso, said the stage is set for the eventful weekend in which they are expecting over 30 private schools to take part. She said the expo brings together schools from different parts of the country making it easy for parents/guardians to select the best school for their child without necessarily travelling to the school.
According to the expo’s website, at the expo, one will encounter representatives from numerous private and independent schools. It urges parents/ guardians to come and talk with revolutionary educators who have broken the mould of old stereotypes. The site also gives the objectives of the expo as to help schools introduce their curriculum and education systems to parents; help schools register students in a short space of time; To give academic institutions a platform to meet and learn from other institutions; Give opportunity to make presentations to communicate their services and advantages to thousands of parents seeking the best schools or educational services for their children.
The relaxed atmosphere at Zimgardens will certainly do wonders for parents to find day and boarding schools, meet admission and industry professionals, and have an opportunity to find more about fantastic school alternatives for your child in a casual, warm, and welcoming environment.
