    Acting Beitbridge DA promoted

    Acting Beitbridge District Administrator (DA), Kiliboni Ndou.

    BEITBRIDGE – Acting Beitbridge District Administrator (DA), KiliboniNdou has been promoted. She is now the substantive DA for Gwanda District.
    Ndou confirmed the development in a telephone interview with The Mirror on Monday.
    She had worked in Beitbridge since 2011 and assumed duty in Gwanda on Monday, May 6, 2019.
    “Yes I can confirm that I have been promoted. I am now the substantive DA for Gwanda and am reporting for duty there today,” she said.
    Ndou did her primary education at Musane Primary in Beitbridge rural in Ward 11 from 1990 to 1996 and went to Siyoka Secondary for one term in 1997. She proceeded to Nkulumane High in Bulawayo and completed her O’ levels in 2000. From 2001 to 2002, she did her A’ level at Founders High School.
    She did temporary teaching at Swereki primary in 2003 and left to study for a diploma in Human Resources Management at Joshua MqabukoNkomo Polytechnic in 2005. She joined the Public Service Commision (PSC) as a Processing Assistant at the Registrar General’s Office and was awarded a Presidential Schoolarship to study at the University of Fort Hare in South Africa. She rejoined PSC in 2009 as a Processing Officer and in 2010, becoming Human Resources Officer in the department of mechanisation in Gwanda, Mat South and worked for one year.
    She was transferred to Beitbridge in 2011 to work under the Ministry of Local Government as the Administrative Officer for Beitbridge district. In 2016 she was the Principal Administrative Officer.
