    BEITBRIDGE -
Tendai Mutake, a married woman alleged to have been seeing her church leader in a suspected adulterous affair has returned home to her husband in  Medium Density  in Beitbridge.
Mutake was sent away to her parents in Bulawayo by her husband Timothy Gwaendepi after he discovered audios that pointed to a steamy relationship with popular church leader Madzibaba Tonderai Ben of Johane Masowe yekuJecha kwaLimpopo.
Madzibaba Tonde vehemently refuted the allegations although Mutake insists that the two were seeing each other for several years and getting intimate in the maternal home and in the bush.
The audios of the relationship gripped the border town of Beitbridge and the story was the same in Mussina in South Africa.
“My wife is on her way back. She is coming back to her home,” said Gwaendepi two weeks ago without giving further details.
The Mirror has since established that Mutake is now home with her husband although she is not seen a lot in public. Efforts to get a comment from Mutake were fruitless.
Meanwhile Madzibaba Tonde has not been seen at the church for many weeks since the audios went viral. There were speculations that he went to South Africa but sources said he was spotted near his house in Beitbridge last week in a rare public appearance.
