    Police spokesperson, Chief Inspector Charity Mazula confirmed the death of Ashell Zimunzwa from Chamunorwa village under headman Gororo and expressed concern at the number of deaths reported in Zimbabwe’s new biggest inland waterbody.
    She advised those who want to fish in the dam to get permits rather than poach for fish at night.
    On February 25, 2019 around 3pm, Ashell Zimunzwa (32), Joseph Rangarirai (37), Albert Muchemwa (30) and Taurai Muchemwa (31) proceeded to Tugwi dam for fishing using small nets.
    Zimunzwa went some 60metres from where others threw their nets. They then retired to sleep on a dam side waiting to check the following morning.
    At around 3am the following morning, the quad proceeded to where they had placed their nets and there was a thunderstorm and strong winds for approximately two hours.
    After the rains, the trio realized that Zimunzwa was missing;
