Buhera n’anga leads to arrest of notorious thieves

MURAMBINDA -A popular Buhera n’anga has been credited with the arrest of suspected thieves and recovery of property stolen from a Murambinda vendor.
Gilbert Kamhunga popularly known as Mabhuru at the Growth Point had his house broken into and goods stolen on two occasions last year and the second time being in December.
Desperate that he would know no peace because of the thieves, Kamhunga approached traditional healer George Gobora popularly known as Hungwe.
Kamhunga told The Mirror that Hungwe went and performed rituals at his house and four hours later people from the village where the suspects live started calling him that his property was at the village.
Three suspects were arrested at Madzivire in Ward 15 last Thursday and these are Shingirai Marata from Kandenga Village under Chief Nyashanu, Talent Mataranyika, James and Maskondo. The matter was reported under case number 701218.
“I want to thank Hungwe who dealt with these thieves which lead to their arrest and return of my stolen property. They stole in December and I did not call Hungwe but when they came back again and stole everything in the house, I no option but to look for other remedies,” said Kamhunga.
Hungwe told The Mirror that was  a traditional healer who helped people with different kinds of problems.
“I do not give people juju to kill people but I help them get what they want in their lives. As soon as the results are there, the juju loses its power,” said Hungwe.
