CHIVHU – Philanthropic Chivhu white farmer, Craig Kenneth Campbell has won a peace order against a war veteran whom he accused of harassing him in an attempt to grab his Constantia Estate Farm from him.
Campbell, through his lawyer Tafara Nsingo of Nsingo and Associates, told Chivhu Resident Magistrate Ngoni Nduna that Justice Munhapa, who resides in Chigara harassed   and threatened him at his Constantia Estates, which is the remainder of the Mapanidale Farm.
Munhapa who claims to be the secretary for Lands for Chikomba District War Veterans Association on several occasions attempted to settle unknown people on the farm.
Magistrate Nduna ordered Munhapa to stop entering Mapanidale Farm and perpetrating violence against Campbell and his farm workers. Munhapa was also ordered to pay $300 as surety.
Munhapa however, told the court that he would appeal against the judgement at the High Court.
