BUHERA - A man from Zinhanga Village under Chief Makumbe in Buhera has dragged a nagging Tsikamutanda to court.
Misheck Mudhuva applied for a peace order against Daniel Chimombe who wanted to be given a job to force cattle rustlers who stole Mudhuva’s cattle to return them.
Mudhuva also told the court that Chimombe has been coming to his place claiming that there were people who wanted to kill his mother. He allegedly said unless Mudhuva paid a goat to Chimombe the mother would die.
Mudhuva however, said he was a Christian who did not believe in the Tsikimutandas and therefore, he wanted Chimombe to stop coming to his house as he was disturbing his peace.
Chimombe popularly known as Wasu resides at Tavangwena Village under Chief Makumbe.
Chimombe however, said it was actually Mudhuva’s mother who was inviting him to the homestead for consultations. Chimombe said he didn’t mind the peace order.
