    All set for Hut of Praise Hymns night in Beitbridge

    BEITBRIDGE - Hut of Praise, a group of gospel musicians, poets, dancers and preachers will on Saturday hold its third edition of Hymns Experience at Purple Heart Hall in Beitbridge.
    One of the group’s founding directors, Lyton Zendera confirmed the programme and said that the event will start at 6pm. The purpose of the event is to nurture local musicians and unite denominations.
    “This will be our third Hymns Experience Night; we will be singing hymns, special songs, spiritual songs. We are also appealing to well -wishers who want to assist in organising the program,” said Zendera.
    Zendera said there will be participants from denominations such as Methodist church and Assemblies of God.
    Hut of Praise was formed in 2012 and its founding directors include Zendera, Lordhelp Moyo and Kudzanai Mapfumo
    This year’s hymns night will be held under the motto “One spirit, one nation, one God,” and the theme is “redigging the wells of our forefathers in worship,”
    He added that they are expecting participants from all corners of the country.
