GREAT ZIMBABWE HOTEL-Pote Drilling a subsidiary of Pote Holdings shone out at the 2018 Masvingo Province Megafest Business awards after walking away as the winners of the Customer Focus of the Year.
The award was given after taking into consideration the company’s outstanding customer service. The company has a thorough system of tracking their customer after drilling a borehole despite the distance to ensure that they are satisfied with the services.
Pote Drilling also thrives on ensuring that their customers are happy with the services that they offer like after sales follow up and they do not leave the premises before water comes out of the borehole.
This is the first time that the awards have been held in Masvingo and the Megafest Holdings chief executive officer Dr Matsika promised that this will be an annual event.

The awards are important in the sense that they spur companies to do better and this eventually increases productivity and quality services to customers,” said Dr Matsika.
