    Zaka man appeals for wheelchair

MASVINGO- Severino Chavani (19) from Pope Village under Chief Bota who lives with disability is appealing for a wheelchair from well-wishers as the one he had is worn-out.
Chavani lives with his grandmother and they survive on hand outs and begging from the streets in order to feed his two siblings one in Form 1 and another in Grade 5.
    Both his parents are late.
"The wheelchair that I received in 2014 through The Mirror is now broken down and no longer reparable therefore I am kindly appealing to those who are willing and able to assist me with another one to do so because at the moment I have reverted back to using my hands to walk around begging and looking for assistance," said Chavani during an interview at The Mirror offices.
Chavani said although he did a short course in electronics at Jairos Jiri Training Centre he has never had an opportunity to set up a shop because of lack of capital and customers.
"I hope that one day someone will come and help me in taking care of my aging grandmother and take my siblings to school" expressed Chavani.
Those who wish to assist can contact his aunt Tambudzai Matsika on 0785 905 112 or Mirror offices on +263392643472.
