NKULUMANI MLAMBO

NEMAMWA – William Shangwa, the Zanu PF candidate for Masvingo Rural Ward 12 bye-election has promised to sink more boreholes and alleviate water problems for Nemamwa Growth Point if elected into office.
The by-election to elect a new councilor to replace Rosewitter Madzivire who was fired from Zanu PF will be held on February 25.
"If elected I will sink four boreholes at Nemamwa Growth Point because current water sources are failing to meet demand. You must also remember that the population of the Growth Point has been growing fast and hence the need to match water supply with population growth," said Shangwa.
Shangwa who is a retired Police officer also said that he will attend to potholes that are making driving difficult at the growth point.
Shangwa was born in Nemamwa village under Chief Charumbira and went to Morgenster Teachers College.local news
