    16 cases to be heard as High Court Circuit opens in Gweru

    GWERU – The High Court Circuit is sitting in Gweru for two weeks beginning next Monday and it will hear 17 murder cases, according to information in the hands of The Mirror.
    Some of the cases to be attended to, date back to 2008. The circuit will sit for three murder cases committed in 2008, 2010 and 2011 each, one case committed in 2012, two cases committed in 2013, four cases committed in 2015 and one in 2016. There are quite a large number of murder cases reported last year.
    Gokwe has five cases, Gweru has four, three are from Shurugwi, Zvishavane has two and there is one each from Maboleni and Lalapanzi.
