    – Tens of parents attended Edrrovale College Open Day held at Zimbabwe's newest private school last Saturday.
The guest of honour at the event was none other than CBZ group chief executive officer, Never Nyemudzo who expressed satisfaction at the progress and developments at the school.
The College is opening in January 2017.
Parents were amazed at the quality of facilities at the school and the quality of buildings. Most of the material used in the construction of the buildings was imported from neighbouring countries.
Edrrovale is owned by prominent businessman and MP for Masvingo Central, Edmond Mhere. The elitist college is in Chief Zimuto's area and is located some 24 km from Masvingo City.
The name Edrrovale is drawn from the family and is a sum of MP Mhere, his wife and children's initials.
The College will offer a wide range of academic subjects alongside varied sport and extra-curricular and life skills. Students will be exposed to international exchange programs with pupils from other countries and this will be facilitated by participation in the clubs offered at the school.
"Education has always been my passion, you remember I refurbished 42 schools in my constituency and built three news schools. We offered educational scholarship to 10 students who have now completed their studies at the Midlands State University and one is now studying for his masters.
"I have extensively sponsored sports tournaments in my constituency and therefore this is a continuation of my passion, '' said MP Mhere.
Students will be accommodated in pairs while prefects occupy single rooms in order to ensure comfort. Laundry services will be provided by the school at no extra costs to the parent.
''We are quite happy and satisfied by the progress so far and the amount of work. As the CBZ bank we give them technical advance as our partners,'' said Nyemudzo.
