    Gutu RDC starts 2017 Budget consultations

    - Gutu Rural District Council (RDC) has embarked on the 2017 budget consultations which will run from September 6 -16, 2016.
    This is in accordance with section 76 (2) and section 104 of the Rural District Council's Act Chapter 29:13 as read with section 47 of the Public Finance and Management Act Chapter 22:19.
    According to Gutu RDC chief executive officer, Alexander Mutembwa teams to conduct consultations will on visit Bhasera, Chatsworth Business Centre, Shashe and Chiguhune.
    The council will proceed to Chinyika Business Centre, Magombedze, Mugoni, Nerupiri and Chin'ai on September 7.
    On September 13, the council will be having meetings with banks and micro-financial institution stakeholders, parastatals and mobile phone operators at the Council Boardroom, and Gutu Business Association and Gutu Residents Association on September 14.
    The council will be having a meeting with small and large scale commercial farmers, A1 and A2 representatives, and miners, brick molders, sand and gravel extractors on September 15 and 16 respectively at Gutu Council offices.
