    MBERENGWA
    – It is a dream come true for a Zvishavane vendor who has managed to build a modern seven-roomed house valued at $16 000, courtesy of the Easy Build Project run by renowned Midlands company Barmlo.
Tendai Zhou who  survives on buying and selling second hand clothes at Huyai Muhodhe Market in  Zvishavane could never have imagined living under such a roof one day and more so her own.
Tendai is 33 years old and a mother of two children.
She was born in Maziofa area in Mberengwa and she is the only girl in her family.
Speaking at a handover ceremony Zhou said, "I just want to thank God who made me finish the construction of my house even though I am a vendor who does not have a payslip."
Zhou says she is the only woman in her family who managed to build a modern house. He parents did not want her to venture into vending because of the hustles involved but she had no option as she had children to look after.
"Thumbs up to Barmlo Investments that assisted me with their fix and supply services that have smooth terms of payment," Zhou said.
Meanwhile, Barmlo Investments Managing Director Banabas Marambire has urged Zimbabweans  to engage construction companies that do proper planning and the building of a complete home.
"Your happiness is our pride as we are driven by the desire to give service to the people," said Marambire.
Cleffy Nzima is another Barmlo client who was handed over his house in Kobert Village in Shangrilla East Mberengwa.
Barmlo Investment is a 100 percent indigenous owned company specialising in building material, supply, construction and brick moulding.
It has seen many successful projects including full construction of Mberengwa Primary block, Chongogwe Secondary library block, Zvishavane High block among others.
Easy Build Project is a programme that was started in 2013 and offers zero percent interest rate credit facility and gives up to 24 months payment period. Clients deposit one third of the total amount. Barmlo Investments provide fix and supply services to people who already have their stands.
