FC Platinum ends speculation on Mudehwe’s future

    – FC Platinum striker Marshal Mudehwe has ended speculation about his future as he has finally put pen to paper extending his stay at the platinum miners by another two years.
The 22-year-old who had all along been on premiership giants Dynamos's radar will be at the Zvishavane based outfit until 2018 although he has not been finding the back of the net for better part of the current season.
Mudehwe joined FC Platinum from D.C Academy based in Harare in 2013.
F.C Platinum spokesperson Chido Muzondo confirmed the developments to The Mirror on the phone interview but refused to divulge the details of the player's new contract citing confidentiality between the player and the club.
"Marshal is an FC Platinum player and has just extended his contract with us which runs up to 2018," said Muzondo
There has been reports that Dynamos F.C have submitted a formal bid for Mudehwe but Muzondo squashed the reports saying she is unaware of any bid for the player.
The new contract for Mudehwe is a clear statement by the platinum miners who are eager not to continue losing their best players after recent departure of Zambian international Obrey Chirwa to Tanzanian outfit Young African Sports Club.
