    ZVISHAVANE
    – Zvishavane Ngezi Zanu PF MP John Holder is in trouble after the Court granted a messenger of court an order to attach his property over a $273 bill.
Holder owes the debt to Zvishavane Accountants Services.
Wellstone Investments, a Zvishavane Accounting Services through its lawyer Leopold Mudisi of Mutendi, Mudisi and Shumba legal Practitioners won the case against Holder.
The lawyer said that Holder failed to pay $273 an amount due for income tax returns work done for him in October 2013.
The lawyer said that Holder neglected to pay the plaintiff the money he owed despite efforts to make him pay.
Holder was saved with summons to defend himself in court but he did not turn up resulting in a default judgment in favor of the applicant delivered on April 22, 2016.
A warrant of execution has been issued for the property to be attached.
The Messenger of Court who on May 18 2016 went to Holder's place to attach the property could however, not do so as he could not gain access as he found doors locked.
