    Majiri defends Nyaningwe RCZ Varume Bhora crown


    - Majiri Congregation from Chatikobo in Masvingo rural will be
    out to defend the coveted Nyaningwe Reformed Church in Zimbabwe (RCZ)
    Varume Bhora title this weekend at Mucheke stadium.
    Majiri won last year's trophy in a thrilling final against Rujeko which was decided by a penalty shootout.
    "We want retain this trophy and make history as no team has done this before since the competitions statrted," said Reverend Samuel Mavhundu Majiri coach.
    The guest of honour at the tournament is prominent businessman from Gutu Felix Munyaradzi.
    The 24 teams have been drawn into four groups of six and top two teams from each sub group qualifies for the group semi-finals. Two will emerge from each group for the quarter finals. The teams have been grouped as follows:

    A2 Hatcliffe
    A3 Munikwa
    A4 Mbizo
    A5 South Africa
    A6 Kuwadzana

    B3 Chitungwiza
    B4 Zanga

    C1 Rujeko
    C2 Dzoro
    C4 Kadoma
    C5 Nyashanu

    D2 Triangle
    D3 Murambwi
    D4 Hwange
